1. Usage License

DocuSafe grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for personal or internal business purposes. You agree not to misuse the services or help anyone else do so.

2. Subscription & Payments

DocuSafe offers Free and Pro plans.

• Pro Plan: Billed monthly or yearly. You can cancel at any time.
• Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time Pro subscribers.
• Price Changes: We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price changes.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. DocuSafe cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Content Guidelines

You retain full ownership of your documents. You agree not to upload illegal, harmful, or malicious files. While we do not proactively monitor content (due to encryption), we reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate the law.

5. Termination

You are free to stop using our services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services with notice if you are in material breach of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocuSafe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
